    No,

You can continue with Amazon US no problem. You can still maintain your current payment status with the US bank if you have access to the bank from Germany, or change your snail mail address in Associates Central to the one in Germany, payment mode to 'Check' and your checks will be delivered there.

While you are at it, why not sign up for a new account with Amazon DE (you have to do this at Amazon DE) and start promoting DE products too..

    Cheers.

    but..just one Q:

From the point of my sites it's not a problem, eg. using the DE nodes and have german descriptions etc. in addition to my us sites. Thats a piece of cake :)

So you're saying i just can change my info in associates central for the checks coming to my german adress - but do i *need* a new "german" ID then too or cant i just use my old ones (if my contact adress is updated already ?)

Edit: oh..i answered my own question..i NEED new german IDs otherwise i wont get credit for the DE stores

Yeah, I hated it too when I was there last year. Sorry to hear it, just look forward to coming back and appreciating it here even more. :)
