Hi users of Digital Point Forums,
I want to share a fraud with you and I hope you will believe me.
Maybe a month ago I was interested in a website offer from one of Digital Point Forums - iTrader. The nickname of iTrader is BRUm.The site is http://arcadism.com/. BRUm promise me to sell the site wich i was interested for 200$ .
I confide him and send him money by E-gold. Here below is a prove:

    "2373826 (TnT Real Estates Lottery)
Actual payment weight = 0.319081 oz. (9.924530 grams)
Equivalent USD amount of this payment: $200.00
    Applicable Conversion factors:
    1 oz. troy = 31.1034768 grams
    Gold exchange rate = 626.80USD/oz.

    The e-metal payment was successful.
Your batch number for confirmation is 74503344
    Thank you for using e-gold."

    1/15/2007
    20:43 Payment Made 74503344 Gold -0.319081 3967474 200.00 USD 626.80
    To: Lee's account
    Memo: domain

After sending money (15.01.2007) he told me that he already sold the site. I have been waiting 13 days for my money back but he don't want to send my money back. He seems to be honest with his 1000 and more post in this forum but i think that this is not true. I didn't want to undermine BRUm's authority in this forum, as I start posting negative postings for him, but I'm forced to do it.
Dear users, don't trade with HIM, don't give HIM your money beacuse HI is a real BIG LIAR.

P.S.Sorry Admin, if my post have not to be here, but I asked you when I have to write negative postings, but you didn't answer me.

that's not going to happen. this is not a place for legal issues. it's beyond DP's jurisdiction. if i'm right you are going to get an infraction soon, though i sympathize with your situation.

The mods will not help you in this case. They do not care if scammers are here.

I think the best strategy is to NAME AND SHAME. Keep bumping this post and keep it up.

well business world is hard and cold. You just can't trust anyone 100% (not even people with 1000 itrader). They could just rip you off for $10000 and then leave this forum. No one knows who did it.

Be on your guard, it's a lesson for the future.

If you provide a service, charge 50% up front and 50% afterwards
If you buy a website, it's somewhat more complicated, but you can always use escrow or something

    this is why e-gold sucks
not a thing you can do other than find out as much info on him as possible
forums he visits, usernames he uses names he uses emails and adresses
and search for those in search engines etc and hopefully that can lead somewhere

i have got money back many times by ringing peoples mothers haha
