My email is already very public through my own website and I get around 700-1000 spam a day so another 500 won't hurt. :) It's all filtered anyway. But thanks. I'd rather people know I'm legitemate and get some more spam than to have them ignore my posts.

    Cheers,
    Jeff

    I am not jmottle!

On topic, it seems that most people are dissatisfied with job sites available except for the Softbiz product. I have used their adManager Plus and it is good, if that is any indication.

I advertised in services forum for a component for joomla which does a lot of job site related task's and a guy from joomla is doing it for me and its very cheap maybe you should consider it, since you can have all features of joomla + your own custom component to work with SE urls, metatags titles. and great roocketthemes.

Please Don't PM me for the component, since its a custom maid let it remain custom lol.
If you want one contact forums.joomla.org they have paid component developers. Instead of pm me.

Interesting thread but … still didn’t help me in taking a decision. I’m interested in a script which is very stable and can be easily configurable. It would be interesting if they will offer additional customization. I’m looking to a reasonable price ($1000). Basically right now I need to integrate only the employer module in my site but I’m also interested in a complete change if the script will work as expected.
Right now I’m looking at two scripts PHP-Jobsite and MojoJobs. Any feedback about these two or any other scripts that have been already tested will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello All,

All you people talking about job scripts and its nice. Mr.jmottle is some what disoppointed with Aynsoft finally.

I agree ejobsitesoftware is some what best of the other job scripts but its too expensive, for normal medium scale companies may not choose because of pricing. At the same time finding free scripts also be not good b'caz free scripts allways will have limited features and ofcourse sometimes quality as well.

Softbiz coding is same for all their scripts and i don't think they support url_rewrite. i haven't tried yet. i just look at these features.

Hope we get a good cool script at good budget.

I've actually used Diesel Job Site for a customer of mine back in the day. I didn't know they're still in business :))

The support was great and they helped a lot with the customizations.

Here is a good Job Finder Script. The script also comes with a free domain name of your choice.

I would like to recommend Jamit Job Board, and webJobs by WebScribble

Unfortunately, webJobs script are encrypted using Zend Optimizer. You can fully modify the files because it is encrypted. The admin files are encrypted with it. You can't change the control panel's header, and design, etc.

That's based on my experience, I have purchased webJobs... :( I think Jamit Job Board is more better...

Does anyone here tried availscript.com? I think this is just a hacked script? any second motioN?
I'm about to purchase it, but by just seeing their site, it was not well designed, and I think the script is not properly coded :(
