How much time you have been with adsense ??? Have patience and wait... Next month can be much better for you.
For me, this has easily been the best month ever so far. Started off bad but got better after a week or two. Remember that the CPC is based on the number of advertisers and their bids. It could jsut be that your niches are saturated or no longer profitable or generally just not worth the advertisers bothering with.
I have started reducing the amount of Ads available to Google in the past week. Also please realise that after reading the average click thru value of some of the responses here, I certainly cannot complain about the 'scraps' Dec was a very good average and Jan has slipped in comparison however the average is still healthy after reading comments here It just gets frustrating when trying to build upon each month Thanks
Each niche is different, I've seen a decrease ina coupld of niches that where paying very well and now the pay out per click is way down since the first of the year. I've attributed it to advertisors bidding less on PPC since its the beginning of the year. Adsense revenue always seems to increase for me as the year goes along as more people need to make sales to make up for the year.
Yes I agree completely its all about your content so if you want higher paying clicks then make sites that pay higher rates lol
I've published my findings on blogging monetizing it on my blog. I've not spent much time on these things. But I'm posting there whatever i've found up till now. at http://url-submission-free-n-misc-help.blogspot.com/
My earnings are at an all time high this month. This is in niches that i've been in for 3-4 years with adsense.
OK there you have it, I don't have much to complain about not sure what your site content is about but
care to mention what your click ave is eg. above .10c only reason is it will make me zip it and stop grumbling even further
I don't think Google has gotten greedy, but like anything, continued innovation brings continued success. Google is still innovating, are you - as an AdSense user - still innovating?
most certainly and hence the reason why the thread was started however after seeing what some users are getting for their clicks, I think it best not for me to complain as one user mentioned, one person's scraps is another's banquet
I really do not rely on Adsense but on the services I offer. It would be too much work trying to get more legit clicks than just offering a feature that your site members would want to purchase.
If you are having trouble with your cpc try publishing less ads. Then w/e a ad gets clicked you know it is one of the top paying ones.
