Are you using bots or something to automatically create content? You've given an estimated amount of profits and revenue, which the sale price shouldn't be based on.

What is the current traffic like? As a webmaster, I don't care about hits, I care about uniques.

I'd also like to see the admin panel.

The quality or articles depends on money you plan to pay for authors. I paid $30-70 per article, but high quality articles can cost up to $250.

I have only 1 site to sell, i am not a site trader. I created this site myself (with professional Designers and programmers team). I am not reseller or smth that.

 

Based on that, I'll offer between 1 dollar and 100 grand.

It depends on money that new owner will pay for advertising and finding new clients (advertisers on site).
I calculate estimated profit according other sites of this type that we know.

 

Navigator - i think you will need to do print screens on your stats - to show how many have come to your site ad lso how they found it - link backs/search engines autosurf programs etc, and also if possible proof of income via adsense/or people paying to advertise.

If i was buying a company for that amount of money i would want to see the books, and so why should a website be ny different?

If your earning that much you should be paying tax etc ad have lots of paperwork to show this.

As for your price, you can tell its your only site as your selling the site with an asking price which shows how much work you have put into it. Buyers (in a crude way) dont care about your hard work theyre looking for what they can get out of it. The only way to sell it is if the buyer believes they can make on it and the price your asking for without the proof doesnt reflect this.

 

I understand that. I can only say - site is worth its money. If you dig deeper and discover all our features - you will see how much money you need to create such site.
For example 1 banner on popular site about video games - gamespot.com costs 10K/per day! So if you will promote our site - you results can be great too.

As I said before I sell full site (domain, design, scripts and so on) but it needs more serious promotion to bring high returns. I dont have money now for more serious promotion, thats why I am selling it to find new serious owner who will take care of portal.
For example I heard such portal was sold for 1 million $ year ago. (of course it had more traffic, but quality of site was the same).

What do you mean? Maybe now it is smaller because I do not advertise it for 2 weeks and searching for new owner, but during promotion in December it was even larger than 2000. Of course i do not mean "autosurf" traffic.
