The easiest way is to write a quality "information box" at the end of the article with a link to your landing page reviewing the products in the category you're working with.

    For example:

    Jim Bobwitz has two dogs who now know how to do many crazy and fun stunts. For more information on how to train your dog to impress your friends and family, please click here {insert landing page link}

Of course, this is a silly example, but you get the idea :)

Travis' Bum Marketing Method covers this pretty well, as well if you'd like more information & hints on writing a good info box that will produce quality leads.

Just set up a free blog at blogger, slap on some more content, place some ads and add your affiliate link there and you're done!

Kind of hard to say exactly how to fix it without seeing the article. Telmari's right tho' Bum Marketing will give you some good ideas. For ezinearticles, the article has to be informative and leave the selling to the bio box.

    Good luck with it

For blog traffic, read this: http://easyideas.blogspot.com/2006_02_24_easyideas_archive.html

Do one strategie at a time. When you mastered it, go to the next. I prefer Wordpress blogs, Google seems to like them.

FOr the link in the bio box, when you submit an article at ezine articles, at the end you will have a place for the resource box.

Tip: Use HTML for your link since it will increase your link popularity.

For affiliate links in the body of articles: While it is a good technique, you MUST always send people to your website. You need to understand that to make a steady income, you need to control your business.

Take your visitors email address, let them bookmark your website instead of building your merchant's business for free.

Stop reading, post this article. One article a day in your chosen category at ezinearticles.

not you website, it's one from your page called landing page, where a page is created solely for preselling affiliate product...it may come from your main web site, or it can come from blog...the secret here is to make it interesting enough and promoting people to buy without too much hype, means you're encouraging them to buy from your page not forcing or confusing them..lol, i've seen some pages which have about 20 affiliate links, wo cares about the link anyway, just focus on a product or several only....greedy leads to grave..

You can't post press release or sales letter to ezine articles. YOU can post an article about your keyword and have a nice information in the resource box to direct the visitors. Then you'll get through... All the best!!!

Article submissions are mainly used to 1) generate links to your site, and 2) generate some traffic to your site...not to directly sell. Use your landing page that you're supporting with your written article to host the affiliate links.

Yea Thats All good and fine, u mean building a links from many articles to my site, so it will be ranked. and maybe some trafic but what if the landing page of an affilate product is really good, i mean the best thing would be to copy it to html and save it on your own server and thats how u make links to your site and a hall of a good landing page!

If someone else's landing page is really good, about the best thing you can do is look at it and learn from it. Don't copy it to html or use their words - just find out how they are appealing to their audience - and then copy their methods.

Chances are, if you take the time and look carefully, you will be able to still write something original that's just as compelling, except that now you won't be guilty of plagiarism :)

I'm not too fond of the editors at ezinearticles personally...

They're hypocritical at times, one time they rejected one of my articles because a link to a splash page in my resource box was considered an affiliate link even though it was free.

And another time someone on some random blog that nobody even knows about decided to copy one of my articles and not credit me, so the editors automatically assumed I copied the blogger even though I'd built a solid foundation in submitting original articles, and suspended me.

Yeah, I don't like them at all. But I have to deal with it because my articles are seen the most on that directory.

    i suppose...

but even then at the time my splash page was promoting a free e-book for signing up for my mailing list...would that count as an affiliate link

oh yeah, apparently they no longer accept articles about traffic exchanges, because when I submitted one they told me they want nothing of the sort anymore, even though they got tons of traffic exchanges articles as it is

    hey wounded,

to get traffic from articles, you need to make your author resource box related with the article, offering more info on the subject and preferably a free report..

After you submit 10 articles they review your account to see if you're good enough to qualify for the next level of ezinearticles...in which you can submit 25 more (I think). After that...I'm not sure, but the info is on the site
