Quickwhois.co.uk - Webmaster / SEO / Domain Site

I'm looking to trim my portfolio of websites a little, as such i'm offering the following website for sale:

    www.quickwhois.co.uk

I'm offering the site for a quick sale at $800 ono

A little more info about the site:

Since Mid March 06 until present it has earnt $220 in adsense revenue.

During this period i have also earnt around $260.00 through affiliate sales of hosting and domain names. (Most of this revenue has been in the last 2 months, since i changed the style and layout of the affiliate advertisements.)

I have also sold a total of 8 links in the directory section for a total of $16.00.

I have also sold 6 links (see left hand column) these were sold on an annual basis and brought in a revenue of $160.00. These links have around 9 months remaining, so any new owner must be prepared to honour these links and leave them in place.

So overall in the last year the site has made around $660.00.

The site consistently receives around 2000 unique visitors every month (see screenshot attached), so far in January (with a few days left) this is at 2061 UV's.

With the current Pagerank update being a little bizarre. The site is currently showing a PR3 homepage, with at least 7 PR2 pages and a few PR1 pages.

The site is nearly W3.org valid, with the only errors being caused by the affiliate adverts in place on the pages, which is easily rectified.

If you have any questions, or require any more information, please PM me.

Well thanks for that.. I guess a '50% discount' comment might have helped my dull mind there :)

[also, it is unusual for someone who deals in £ to quote income in $]

I am from the UK but always deal in dollars. The reason is most people know the conversion of dollars to their own currency and since americans are the most people online for a country it just seems to be the universal web currency. I don't like using it but if i put pounds on one of my sales all i would get is the questions 'what is that is USD?'

    Its $800 dollars.

I've put the figures in $ as a) Adsense revenue and links sales are in dollars.
    b) Most people on this site deal in $'s.

I understand.. I do all of this myself for exactly the same reasons.. ;) ...sorry to waste your time, but when I looked at your web site I saw the £800 and, as I had come from reading a thread where this mistake had been made, I thought I'd ask..

I meant, tyros8000, that BFTUK dealt in £ on his site for sale, so thought he might have been full of 'true brit' :D
