    Looking to buy an established lyrics site, one that preferably meets these requirements:

    - At least 6 months old
    - Well indexed in major 3 engines (out of sandbox, supps, etc)
    - Not banned by adsense or ypn
    - Some PR helpful but not critical

    Budget is anywhere from $xxx to lower $xx,xxx depending on how sweet the site.

    We've been developing it for almost 2 years now, but it took about a year. We have two dedicated servers for it because our software is proprietary and requires specific versions.
