They are both red. They both begin with "c" and end with "a" in both words and they both employ a flair stroke. I doubt it was even intentional.
What is ChaCha, search engine. Well I guess if they ever become big (bigger than Gooogle) then posibly Coke will go after their money, but firstly Google has to allow them rank well in the Google search
I am always amazed/amused by these brand infringements. I'd get a search engine and a carbonated soda confused in a heartbeat. I like to drink diet Google and I Coca-Cola on the internet to find stuff. I once went shopping for an Italian gun and came home with a sporty American made coupe that was fun to drive and got great gas mileage. Soon after I heard Chevrolet was being sued by Beretta for confusing buyers like me. Can you tell the difference?
Considering there a different font one has no hyphen different color obviously different word. who cares.
Yeah, I guess our minds always link something we already know to new content. Its natural. Thats not what I thought of whenever I seen that logo tho... For some reason I was thinking something to go on a jam jar :S Thats just weird: - Food controls us
They do have points in common, no matter how hard one would try to tell they don't look alike. Given some distance from the computer screen, you'd think ChaCha is actually a good reminder of Coca-Cola.. Anyone cares though?
