The only way is to exchange link with other sites that have high PR6 and above ranking. Forget about H1 tag, proper page layout etc and these and that by the expert as 90 of those top 10 site in google base on keyword don't even have a H1 tag or proper page layout.
Uhmm... are you trying to tell us that a mere link to high PR high ranking sites is enough to rank high is search engines? Sorry but I totally disagree.
Wow. I had to read that about 5 times before I understood what you were saying. Lol, not trying to make fun. I'm still not sure what you're trying to say. H1 tags and proper page layout aren't there just for SEO purposes. They have large SEO weight only because it's what the very end-consumer/reader likes. People searching for your keywords would find that a site with good <H#> hierarchy and a nice page layout with good content would be most appropriate for whatever they're searching for.
I agree with this. Although off-page optimization is important but things may not be this case forever.. the content is the ultimate subject that users are looking for.
are you trying to say that link exchange is the only way to rank high? Why don't you experiment with that and report your progress in this thread in a year...
One way links are waaay better than link exchange, quality one way links are the best, and increase SERP postion
