I would say yes. I always do. I do not understand why you would not unless the offer was time sensitive.

 

If it's profitable - why not get paid to sleep too? Go for it!

I let mine run, but I never get conversions at night. I let them run because of timezone differences. When I get up at 6:00 it is already 9:00 on the east coast and I want them running in the morning.
