Well... sales are starting as you can see. Maybe you can start any other affiliates to test if they convert better.
Yup, I agree. I'm going to test some other affiliates tomorrow. I'm just stoked I'm on my way to my goal of $175 profit per day.
Just a little update, guys. I think I'm going to finish the day out at $67.13 from ClickBank and $5.08 from AdSense for a nice $72.00 day. Not bad for a beginner, eh?
Thanks!! Yes it is! Today, I'm only at $41.53 but I don't mind. The average is what counts. I'm building more landing pages now. Woohoo!
And before you were using only adsense right? So lets say this is $5 before against $50 now. Nice job. And what are adwords costs when you made $50 per day? Good luck. Affiliates are big game. You just must select the right one and play the GAME.
Yup. I was only using AdSense before. Actually, my profit margin has been awesome!! The way it has been going, to get a sale I've only had to spend about $3 to get a $15 sale and about $6-7 to get a $33 sale. So I'm loving that.
Congratulations . It's really nice to see someone put an effort , adjust strategies and test things and eventually get it right . I wish you the best of luck mate.
Thanks! I really appreciate that. I'm having another outstanding day at $50.51 so far with ClickBank and $1.44 with AdSense.
scottmweaver, would I be guessing right if I were to say that you're probably selling 7-8 clickbank products on average for the past few days?
Anyone had much success with classified ads and affiliates? I joined clickbank a week ago put ads in free classifieds and so far nothing.
cool! congrat! i also remeber i got really really excited when i had my 1st sales. it really makes you feel good and that you are not in this business for nothing. i was sceptic and afterwards i knew it's working. now, do things slowly and stpe by step...keep testing things and see how they work. good luck shlomo
Good to see your awesome progress. You are doing very well for your first time. Many people lose their shirt the first time they enter into adwords and don't make any money at all. You are a good Google Casher!
Thanks for the advice! Yeah, I'm trying to go slow but it's so tempting to just start pumping $100's of dollars every day into this. However, there's also the constant fear that I may end up in the deep red if I do that.. so yes, slow and steady she goes.
Haha. Google Casher.. I like that. Thanks, yeah. I was afraid I would "lose [my] shirt" as well but I've been very lucky, or should I say, careful in my campaign choices. All I can hope is that I keep making sales every day, and that the average frequency is on an upward slope.
True! Slow is not a bad way to go with these things, especially when nothing's foolproof, even if it's well-tested. For example, one day you revise your ad and get a KILLER clickthrough rate to your page, except that due to an outage or some such thing, the merchant page you make most of your sales from was down, so other than landing people at your page (& hopefully collecting opt-ins), you just paid 80$ to give qualified prospects a 404 hehe. But yes, leverage is addicting
