So this is how the story unfolds.

    Email from Google

    "Hello Gary,

Thank you for your reply. I apologise if the previous emails failed to
    address the issue correctly.

Your pages are displaying Public Service Advertisements (PSAs) because you
have not verified your contact information.

I've extended the deadline to submit your PIN by an additional three
months. You now have until April 14th 2007 to submit your PIN. After that,
your pages will begin displaying public service ads again."

My original email to Google was telling them the following :-

"I have not received the pin number and my ads have been frozen. I have requested that the pin be resent to a different address to ensure I receive it. Please could you reinstate my account for the next 3 weeks as I will have to wait this long to receive the mail with the pin number on it."

    They replied with

    "
    Hello Gary,

    Thank you for your patience.

I have thoroughly reviewed www.just911cars.com and I found that some of
your web pages particularly your homepage did not contain enough
text-based content for our system to display relevant Google ads. As you
may know, our crawlers are not able to derive meaning from images and
dynamic media such as Macromedia Flash and JavaScript.

I would recommend that you include more text-based content, including
complete sentences and paragraphs, to help our crawlers gather information
about your pages and determine relevant ads to display. Please keep in
mind that it may take up to 1 or 2 weeks before your changes have an
effect on your ad targeting, since it may take this long for our crawler
to capture any changes that you have made.

Additionally, while reviewing your site I noticed that you had opted to
select just image ads. Image ad inventory for your content may be limited
at this time, so we recommend updating your ad code to display both text
    and image ads."

So with all the time I have spent re implementing my code etc.. I was correct to begin with and now have lost over 2 weeks worth of adsense money.

The reason for showing these emails was to help others in the same situation getting on top of their PSA's as quick as possible.

At the end of the day its my fault for not finding the postcard with the pin on it, but a quicker response to the correct outcome would have helped me get the problem solved much quicker.

I am now waiting on the PSA's to change back to ads, so fingers crossed I ill be back in action in the next 24 hours.

I hope this information helps you all and thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread so far.

here is a quote form the adsense website

    "
How long do I have to enter a PIN?

You will have 6 months from the initial issue date to enter your PIN. If you have not entered a PIN within 4 months, we will replace the paid advertisements on your site with unpaid Public Service Ads. If you still have not entered your PIN within 6 months, your account will be disabled and your unpaid earnings will be refunded to the appropriate advertisers.

did you design the site yourself or have someone do it for you?

Reason I ask is, because I'd be very interested in having that done for apart of my next site.

PM me with info if you could, will pay etc.
