wordpress plugin

Is there any plugin for wordpress that allows popups ?

For example i would like pop up to appear when visitor reads specific article.

Had you read the whole first post and thread title, you'd see "plugin".

Of course anyone CAN put in a pop up, he asked if there's a plugin. Big difference.

 

I "told" him that he could do it by inserting code into post.
Just in case he didn't know how to insert code into post. (i.e:turning off WYSIWYG)

What code can i insert into the post in order to show people small pop up window ?
I cant find any plugin. Avatar plugin only allows to insert mailto links and images.
