HE DID NOT HONOUR HIS POST TO SELL @BIN $200 NOR ANSWER MY SIMPLE HOSTING Q''s AND SOLD TO A MYSTERY BUYER.

Just to clarify, the site admin is web based and on site - not via joomla..

And what rights come with buying your site also i.e licensing etc.

Also what is the current hosting arrangement, do you host or will you move the site etc.

Before I spend a lot of time answering your questions, I thought it would be polite to ask are you thinking of going higher than $250? As I have an offer in paypal right now from another bidder at $250... which if you want I can decline or accept depending on your bid.

Hi Adrian,

I had literally 8 offers flood into me at once, it was very chaotic. A lot of the bidders chose to bid over the BIN to guarantee they received it and so if you where in my shoes what would you do? I wanted to keep you in the race since you were first to contact me and said if you go over $250 its yours... when I had offers sitting there of $400 and even $500.., but it went a lot higher than I estimated. Thanks for your interest and good luck in the future.

BIN = "Buy It Now". In cases like this (see it all the time), it means something entirely different to a seller for some reason.

 

That was not in your post, and you wasted no time in removing ALL information :].

BEWARE OF THIS ONE FOR ANY FUTURE TRADING. EVEN WILLING TO LIE FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE>.

MY ADVICE TO FUTURE BUYERS_ COPY THE THREAD INFO BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH HIM TO AVOID THIS.

I only hope that the person who bought doesn't need assistance and any guarrantees. I am glad now I didn't buy.

 

Hmm it seems you cant read time. On my post above (the first one it says) edited at 6:52pm and yet my response to you was ay 7:02... thats 10 minutes earlier.. now I know for certain I cant see into the future. I wasted no time removing all information? I must be able to travel back in time.... hmm thats a nice party trick. It was even 2 minutes before your "paste all of our PMs" message.

I removed the information as I wanted to protect the buyer and not see all private information regarding his site. Dry your eyes just because you didnt get the site and move onto the next website sale. PM me if you have any more to add.

Your explanation won't provide any insight to your actions to others who view this. Good luck and I hope that you don't do this again to other community members.

They will decide- they aren't ignorant to the way people make their choices when trading. Some of us have been trading for many years on many forums-

PS If you think that not buying freshfortunes.com is dissapointing to me think again it is just another 20 day old site- no revenue/PR etc with no guarrantees for ROI only what you spend you time money and effort to get back. There is no shortage of those :] An I wish the new owner every success as by your agreement to sell for considerably more means that they will have to wait longer to get their initial money back. It comes with your karma on the false honour of the sale offer.

What a pity you didn't have the foresight to do the right thing by 1 person.I guess bad publicity isn't important for a few dollars in your view.
