    I might let it go for the price it's really worth. Because the website is only 24 days old. And I can see a great potential in it.
    I don't have adsense And I don't know any other programs that I like. So there is no revenue from this website.

    Also the Niche is celebs. :)

    Lots of people will be interested in a popular celeb blog. If the traffic is from natural search terms and the blog has good content then based on the little info you have given I would say $200+.
