Removing pages from google

    Hello!! I want to remove all my pages from google except index without losing positions. I have 2 good positions on index. I need to do that because i will change de script and the links will not look the same anymore. any suggestion?

    I don't know what you can do to remove them quickly, but google will drop
    the pages if it sees that the pages are not available anymore.

    I think you can use robots.txt to a good effect here

    I'm not sure, I may be asking the same question here(?) Please bear with me.

    I recently removed an inner page from my website that no longer had relevance. I just deleted it from my website software and uploaded the site again without that page. Maybe that was a wrong strategy?

    Now in Google Analytics it correctly shows that page with a "404 Not Found".

    Remembering that I've deleted the page from my website software, is there any way I can have Google de-index that page?

    apart from robots.txt, i seem to remember reading something under googles webmaster help section

    Redirect them with a 301, don't remove the pages.

    It takes some time, normally you need to wait google until the next update to see the result. Just make the inner page unreachable, or break the links, so when googlebot trys to crawl your page, it will show 404 error. And sooner or later, your page will be removed from google database.
