I like the idea - anything that offers a bit of competition to AdSense is welcome and the fact it pays via PayPal at a comparitively low pay-out level is also attractive. I think you have a bit of an identity/branding problem: the URL is for 'Contexads', the page title is for 'Contextads' and the page is labelled as 'Contextual Advertising'. I recommend changing everything to 'Contexads' to match the URL.
