Blogger New (Beta) to Wordpress

I know that it has probably been asked a million time, but is there a way to transfer your blogger beta blog to wordpress.

I installed wordpress on my localhost just to try it and get used to it. It is installed and works well.

I downloaded a backup of my blog using WinHTTrack.


Now what is the next step. How do I put the blogger beta archive into the MySql database.

I thought that wordpress had an import option that allows you to import all your old posts via the RSS feed. Look around in the wordpress admin area for that option.

Ok, Then another question.

Using

blog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss&max-results=2000

I get 100 feeds max. Any one know how to get all the posts as I have more than 1000.

doesnt this give you all of them:

and the name is BILZ not blitz

 

No it gives you the last 25 posts. I tried another method of getting posts in parts of 100 but only arrived till 500 posts.

 

If there is any definite way to import, then please tell me too. I too am looking for such way.

It works for everyone except for me it seems. Well I read how the code does it (importing), so I am doing the process manually. Download rss files through IE7 and using the RSS import.
