    The card with the logo of VISA is preloaded with 2.5$ and you can pay via paypal, egold / western union as well for this card.

    The card with the logo of MASTER is preloaded with 6.75 dollars normaly, and we accept E-gold / Western Union for this card.

    I have an India PayPal Account with an address in India but I do not live in that address. Can I still use your VCC to verify my PayPal account and will PayPal send any kind of letter to the address? And I also need a VCC for my eBay account.
