The "private" infractions are where the post has been deleted.

Well, that warning still hurt my feelings, a simple PM would have been easier. And some people around here did say there WAS such an option. How can I know they are joking?

    1) if you can get hurt over an anonymous infraction that no one else but you know (until, of course, you decided to go public with it), i envy your sweet loving world that you live it.
    2) infractions are easier. It's Click N Go. In PM you need to type a message and click send to each individual.

On What. You should give a thread for your example(The one you received an infraction for). But either way, the only ones that can lift it or explain it really are the mods and or Shawn.

I would advise you not bump your thread for starters. Start a new thread with fresh and new content.

You can only get one infraction per POST. You received two infractions in the same THREAD but for different POSTS. :)

Nowadays infractions are becoming a threat here at DP.

I am getting a lot of infractions, some times duplicates.
e.g. say I had the posts:
    1-- signature link for sale,
2-- 2nd signature link for sale
3-- @ sig links for quick sale
I got 3 infractions for duplicating thread and one of my threads closed..
If this is infraction then tell me how I can go ahead posting.
I could have posted in my earlier thread but it would be treated as bumping up...

Also in one of my ad, I added two images and it became an infraction for duplicate and in that thread I didn''t change for 2-3 days.

Also I have duplicate infraction entries with same date and timestamp.
I have sent a PM to sarahk.

    Hope not to get banned....

Can someone please help me sort this out... Forum mods, please help me...

To add, now I am threatened a lot to post in Buy Sell Trade forum because one more infraction, I will be banned...

Even a thank u for bidding or PM me for stats in thread forum will be treated as infraction... And I have no buffer left...

So you sent me a PM and then posted here - why the two pronged approach? I was busy looking through your list (all substantiated) when I saw this post. I'll keep my replies in the open.

You have bumped threads, you have run up your post count. When you reposted on the same thread within 10 minutes I took the time to PM you.

Your profile settings however have "Receive Admin Emails" set to "No" which means you miss some of the feedback you could be given.

Now I've given you some of your infractions and I'm making a point of giving some feedback - even if it's only a link to the infractions sticky. By not permitting "Admin Emails" you aren't giving us the opportunity to help you.

As for what other types of "Admin Emails" you may be missing out on, I can't think of any that have been sent in the last 3 years and I can't see that changing.

I was reading about this the other day and apparently the mods don't like you to leave short posts like 'PM for details' or 'Thanks'. Best to pad out your posts a little bit just to be on the safe side!

    PM sent is garbage!

    It's just not necessary.

And astrix, your infraction is just a warning.
