Anyone getting 100+ hits per day from a single keyword, I need your input on this.

I am trying to figure out how many hits we can expect when we reach a certain ranking in the SERPs i.e. top 20 - for certain keywords based off of the monthly numbers generated with this tool: http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword/

For anyone who is getting 100+ hits per day from a single keyword, I would like to know where you are ranked in the SERPs for this keyword i.e. top 10, top 20, top 30 etc. and how many monthly searches does the above tool indicate for this keyword in Google... not the combined monthly search count from all three engines... just the monthly search count in Google.

And, one more thing... please specify whether your keyword is singular or plural. So your answers would look something like this:

For "single keyword" are you thinking on "one word keyword" ?

 

Search phrase with 236,186 from Google didn't get over 100 hits per day untill we were #6

 

How do you kow how many times something is searched on google ?

I USED to get about 200-300 hits a day from a keyword till Google danced last week ! now I get ummm 0 !!

 

I would bet that is because on a lot of people's screens you aren't above the fold in google unless your number 6 or so (really depends on how many expanded results and such there are)

Another tool gives click count 1,811 max estimated 42404

Real traffic I get: Around 1k a day.

You are getting 1,000 hits a day for one keyword in Google? And, this two word keyword only shows 44,000 monthly searches (in Google) on the seobook tool?

What is the other tool that gives you the estimated click count?

Yes Im getting around 1k a day for #1 for one keyword that is a two word phrase. The other tool is Wordze!

Now I'm #2 at Google for same two words plural phrase and getting 210+ hits/day from Google.

 

the tool is flawed.

I have a keyword (two word phrase) that I gets around 400 hits/day on and I am #2 The tool estimates 10K searches/mth from google - I get more than that alone.
