Hydra Does Not respond to Emails!

I applied a few months back, that time I didn't have stats so I put visitors as 0. They denied it. I emailed them many times (after I launched the site), they Never Replied. Then, I contacted an affiliate manager on AIM. She said she'll look into it. Next day she tells me that it was denied because I put visitors as 0. I told her that it was because at that time, I didn't have stats and now I can provide. After that no reply.

I had tried that. Also tried it now but it gives an error :

"Affiliate Application

Oops! One or more errors have been encountered, please fix the following things in order to continue:

* Sorry, this email address has already been used to register an account. Please sign up only once."

Anyway, they could have replied to the emails I sent. Is there a Hydra Representative here ?
