    The domain had a site on it which got deleted about 2 months ago due to server problems. Since then, the only thing existing on the domain is an inactive forum. Yet, the traffic hasn't reduced a bit. The domain is getting 10,000-15,000 Unique Visitors per month (since about 3 months) WITHOUT any extra advertising or promotion. I have no time to develop a site and make the best use of the domain, so I decided to sell it.

    Traffic:
    October 2006: 10665 UV
    November 2006: 11294 UV
    December 2006: 11635 UV
    January 2007 (till 24th): 13075 UV

    Like I already mentioned, the forum was never the major part of the site. It had a content-rich site which started getting all the visitors (months ago). Due to some server problems from the host's side, the site got deleted and all that was left was the forum. I didn't have a backup of the site, and didn't have time to make it from scratch again. I just left the forum be, but to my surprise, it continued getting traffic.

    The site had numerous tutorials, smf skins made by the previous owner etc. Basically, it was a tutorials site.
