Celeb Site For Sale: Good domain, Revenue, PR3

I'm selling my celebrity site for the gorgeous Josie Maran.

Traffic: The site gets about 6000 unique visitors a month, or about 15,000 impressions according to AdSense. The traffic has been very consistent so far. The site does well on the SE's for the key phrase "josie maran", among others. It's pretty much all US traffic.

Revenue: The site made a nice $46.00 in December from AdSense (this was my first month of owning the site). This month it's made $13 so far.

The revenue has dropped only because Google has been HOOPING me on the clicks (often getting only 1-2 cents per click!). It has been getting better... not sure what was going on, as that's way to low for any targeted click.

you will have a hard time getting BIN because you dont have enough proof of income to justify 10-12 months revenue.

Thanks Juls. Yeah, I've only had it for the two months, but it's older than that, and the traffic is certainly consistent.

Well, it is a pretty site and I wanted to bid, but it was hard for me to justify a $300 BIN with $0.57 per day from adsense, but maybe that's just me.

 

I imagine it will go back to at least $1.00 a day. Remember, it made $46 in December with the same traffic.
