$30000 is not $30 or $300. Will you bid $1 for it? :)

There are many people have complainted to Sedo about putting URLTrends on their website.

    Check here:
    http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html?url=www.trained.org

After the recent PR update, the domain (with and w/o www) got 1 PR lower and became PR1.

Actually, I wasn't bothered about the PR - my query was more concerned about the Alexa rank going from 186,062 to unranked - I was curious why the discrepancy existed. However, since you bagged the domain on TDNAM when it was allowed to drop, I understand why that change has occurred.

If you physically check the ranking on Alexa.com, you would notice the following:
    Traffic Rank for trained.org: 1,297,389

    It's still ranked. URLTrends stinks.

    Exactly my point.

If it was worth $30,000 people would be bidding close to it.

    Ok sure, I bid $1 :)

Wow, that's a strange mix of keyword ads on the parking page. Seems to have been a business related site at one time and then became a porn portal. Is your revenue coming mostly from the business links or the porn links?

It's the opposite. It used to be a porn site for a few years. I put some porno keywords at the beginning just to try it out. It received more than 100 clicks a day, but the EPC was way too low (less than $0.05).
I've changed the keyword to Training since mid-November 2006. Suddenly it lost most of the clicks, but because the EPC was way higher (up to $1.2), it was making much more revenue ever since. It's gradually picking up more business clicks.

Honestly - at $300 a month average earnings (as shown here) - and no website as its only parked -

Its only worth about 10 months average revenue. --- I'll offer you $3k for it. I know thats 10% of your asking price, but thats all its really worth, IMO.

It's a little tricky to view the chart (or maybe it's not quite). :)

I had only parked it for about a week in November with low EPC keywords which brought only $0.01 to $0.05 per click and $0.04 in average. Until mid-December, the low EPC keywords (porn, as you can see on the parked page) were not changed.

In fact, the current style of the parked page is totally different from before. The new keyword is making $0.40 to $1.22 per click with 50 to 80 clicks which generate $25 to $81 daily.

Sedo takes the entire November into account for the average even though the stats were far from complete for the month of November.

Please take a second look at what it has generated in the past 30 days.

It can make the $3K that you offered in less than 3 months with the current level of PPC. It has made $792.57 so far this month.

Thats *This* Month --- One month of income isnt a trend and not to be relied on. You also cant go back much because you changed the makeup of the site from adult.

So - reality is - to justify what your saying, you need a few months at least of steady and growing revenue.

The stats cover 1.5 month of training revenue. If I have parked it for at least a few months longer, I wouldn't be asking for only $30K.
