    hi johan

ive have just started to branch out into new ventures, like Marmalade Arcade, for now another game site but will be looking at making it more of a brand and cool place to be associated with, plus game development. im finding it a lot of fun, and these forums certainly give me some pointers.

my main success in a print-on-demand website in australia, Saltprint which employs 7 people now. its is a great mix of online/offline business.

in the future i would like to invest some serious cash into profitable established websites, but ill see how things turn out.

    Hi and Welcome!

You're already successful if you're employing people - that's great! Do you have any nuggets of wisdom you'd care to impart? :)

    Good luck, p.

    nuggets of wisdom, hrm...

when employing people you could say i am very picky. if i do 50 interviews and they're not up to scratch, i will start again and look for more people to employ.

the reason i can play golf all week is that i trust my employees like heirs, they run my businesses like they own it themselves. they also share in copmany profits (fluid shares) which is a good motivator. (i dont really play golf all week, if i could play well maybe i would)
