I own the website runescapetrades.cohm [ignore the h wont let me type live links yet]
and i had a very interesting phone call from a lawyer at 1am [australian time] in the morning, which i made my dad handle:p
Saying that they demand i trasnfer them my domain name, as "Runescape" is trademarked by jagex, i am well aware of this, my website is obviously about runescape content. But this phone call was over 6 months ago and still nothing has happened? were they bluffing? or most likely my site is insignificant to them and not worth the trouble?
anyway any creative input would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    nick

I'm creative while listening to "Algorithms and data structures" at college. That is, I'm very bored by the lecture so I try to be creative here on DP :)

Legally speaking, their trademark is very nominal so they could force you to abandon the domain name. However, if you refuse, they would have to take it to court, which would cost them a lot $$$$. If you make any kind of profit from the website, however, they could ask for compensation. So be sure you don't make to much.
