Could you post a sample code between <head> tags taken from one of the pages that Yahoo has "failed" to index correctly? An URL would be even better to look at..
I thought it was a Problem with Yahoo itself No i cannot put my URL here . here is the code between <head> of my site <head> <TITLE>My Title</TITLE> <META NAME="keywords" headCONTENT="My keywords"> <META NAME="description" CONTENT="My description"> <META NAME="author" CONTENT="codes"> <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="ALL"> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" /> <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.mysite.com/style.css" type="text/css" /> </head>
You never know where the key to the problem is hiding, that's why I asked for the code to start off.. It looks ok though. So you are saying that Yahoo has indexed your site with "My keywords" as title?
Same problem here. At first, for a couple of weeks, everything was fine and today I noticed that the title switched to my main, 2 word, key term. I don't have a clue what's going on.
Hey for the title - Priyank Garg (from- Yahoo! Search) is saying that - It turns out that this was an error from recent updates and we will be rolling out a fix very shortly. you can read the same from official announcement from yahoo - http://www.ysearchblog.com/archives/000397.html#comments (Read it in Comments Reply from Priyank)
