    I never like to buy a higher PR site that does not have interior pages with any PR ranking whatsoever... it seems to indicate that the PR rank itself is only artificial and will not remain for long when Google does updates... that is just my point of view though

    The site PR is not artificial, you can check it... The google PR have been updated recently and still the pr is there..
