Is WHOIS showing your name?

 

If he doesn't have access to your domain name, then there isn't anything to worry about. If the buyer can't get the domain...the 'seller' will get bad feedback!!!

 

Yeah, nive way to look out for number one! Sorry, not meaning to pick on you Nintendo, but I think he has a moral obligation to report it - since there is that facility available, to stop someone from losing their money. Sure this guy will get bad rating, but he can just get another account. This way the person will not get the money.
