Viewing your own ads

Is this bad ? I know clicking your own ads is a no no, but I am so paranoid I wont even go and look on my pages

 

Not at all a problem to view your own ads .. but be carefull with your mouse .. may not be intentional ..but some clicks may occour .. so better install Preview tool.

 

I have seen some people worry about refreshing their own page when updating/designing etc, and emailing G about it, but I have done this many times and had no problem.
Dont worry about it, but like BIGC said, be careful with your mouse.

i also do lot of site update but without mouse clicks on my own ads

 

It's easy to avoid clicking my ads I just avoid the places where I placed my ads lol

 

I don't think Google is going to ban you for looking at your own site!!! Just don't do it more than a million times a day and you should be ok!

Google will certainly be aware of who you are. It is quite likely that they will associate you with any IP you use to login to your AdSense account, and as a result will monitor any page impressions from those IP addresses. So I wouldn't worry too much, but if you excessively visit your site, it might be worthwhile to send a quick email to Google expressing your concerns. It's always better to be safe than sorry

 

LoL don't give Google any new ideas. Next thing you know they won't us even visit our own sites

 

Visit your site as many as many times as you want by typing url or from another link. Don't refresh the frequently.
