Stats were just pulled. Sedo had not updated the stats for 01/16/2007 yet.

Isn't 4.6 years of revenue a bit too much for a traffic domain?

I've seen buyers offering 5 to 14 years of revenue for some domains though.
    What's your offer?

Please post or PM me your offerz. :)

    It's actually less than 3 years of revenue. It's generating over $28 daily now. $28 X 365 = $10220 per year. It's a good faith price.

    Stats are updated.

Looks like I updated too early today, LOL!
Made $75.99 today as the EPC jumped to $1.00/click! :D
Also got $1.22 for the first click of 01/22/2007 (Sedo uses GMT - It's 2:24AM 01/22/2007 in London). :D
I'm thinking to raise the BIN a bit?

    Kool, stats updated again :).

If it's giving you $10k a year why sell it... It is a source of good revenue...
Wish I had the money. It is really worth buying a site...

It's less than 3 years of revenue.
It's not uncommon for someone to pay more than 10 years of revenue for such a domain. In other words, you can either hold on to the name and make tons from parking, or resell it to a right buyer with potentially 1X ~ 5X profit.

Not really -- Most people are willig to pay about 12 months revenue - not 3+ years. But, im sure you'll have no trouble getting the 30k for it. Good Luck.

If you are saying that, you haven't seen the world. :)
No offense, it's just that I have had such luck seeing a few of those buyers, but wasn't lucky enough to catch them while they were in for the hunting.
    Thanks.

What you say in your description on Sedo:

    DESCRIPTION:
    PageRank: 2/10
    Alexa Rank: 186,062
    Daily uniques: 1989

    What the url analysis says:

    Domain Popularity: http://www.trained.org
    PageRank: 0/10
    Alexa Rank: Unranked

    Care to explain the difference?

The description was put in at the time I parked the domain (Oct 2006). It got 1989 uniques and 135 clicks on the second day I parked it. However, it has dropped to the current level since the beginning of November 2006. The domain was dropped and bought by me over at TDNAM, and loss of PR is common for dropped domains with broken backlinks. I believe there are couple of websites has PR history tools. You may try to find them on search engines if you want.
For Alexa rank, you may just check on Alexa.com and look at the chart.

Alexa rank is currently 1,297,389 with a drop of 94% in reach per million users over a period of 3 months. Traffic was massive during Aug 2006, according to Alexa, but now is very very less compared to back then.

How do you expect to get 3 years revenue for a domain whose traffic rank has dropped by over 1,000,000 in 3 months?

Lol I just laugh at this

If it can sell for $30,000 I haven't noticed too many bids even close to that

No real pro uses Alexa to determine the real traffic for a domain. Its ranking system is based on toolbar reportings. If the visitors don't have their toolbar installed, the visits don't count.
Since you are one of the Alexa fans, check out the ranking for Sedoparking.com which nobody actually types in, and compare to what's for Sedo.com. To my understanding, all the traffic that the parked domains get is redirected to Sedoparking.com.
On the other hand, the visitor count was dropped to 800~1350 at the early November 2006, and it has been stable since then.
Let me know if you have more questions.
