Hizbolla , general aoun and their cronies just wont let there be peace in lebanon. Its all over the middle east tv stations. Now they want to try to keep businesses closed on top of that. Here comes another civil war. Cars are being turned over and burnt in beirut now. All of beirut is filled with black smoke now
They started a civil war in the 1980s that destroyed a garden spot (Beirut) in the Middle East. Why shouldn't they do it again? It's what radical Muslims do.
I realy hope a civil war will occur , because Lebanese people will never learn . All what they care is to have Power and do what is best for there selves . death toll was 6 and 100 injured . and the country have been kind down for 2 month , 1-2 million pers protesting and sleeping in the street . when 1/2 of the country is protesting that mean something is going wrong . So sad , great country with super nice place but the worse people ever . Debt is i think nearly 41 billion and now it will go higher with FRANCE AND USA AND other giving money to a stupid gov that dont even know how to deal with it .
Pingy, what's the latest going on there? It looks like since Israel isn't fighting back against hizbollah this round, it's not getting much news coverage. Media usually isn't anxious to report negatively on hizbollah, but they'll go to great lengths to make Israel out to be the worst. Is the terrorist group hizbollah going to bring the country down?
Gtech unfortunately it looks like hisbolla is going to do just that. What puzzles me the most is general aoun and how he decided to side with hisbolla. My cousin in beirut used to be an aounist but now he has turned on him also. Gtech u know how much we disagree with each other hehehe, but this time i really wished that isreal would have disarmed hezbolla. Most lebanese want peace but the hoods of aoun and hesbolla just wont let it happen. Nassrallah said today that he can bring the government down anytime he wants to(very scary thought), but on lbc massive amounts of moderate muslims even finally got sick and tired and started speaking out. One muslim lady even said that everyone in lebanon knows that his hesbolla soldiers hide behind civilians in their houses, in their buildings to try to stop isreal from hitting them. The people of lebanon want peace, they are sick of hisbolla and now also aoun but what can they do against hesbollas 90,000 missiles. They have nothing that can stop this. I mean during the protest the lebanese army was trying to plead with hesbolla supporters to stop the violence looooooooooool. Imagine any countries armies being so afraid of one group that they are begging and pleading for them to stop killing and hurting others. The problem with americas 770,000 million bucks in aid is that part of it only allows for teh purchase of small arms weapons. The only way to make hesbolla stop is to nuetralize them with a state army that comes fully equipped with tanks and professional training. Everyone who knows me knows that im a passifist first, but im sick and tired of hesbolla saying they want whats best for lebanon and its people. The truth is they are puppets of iran and syria. The poor people of lebanon are crying out for peace but its no where in sight

It's not a fair fight and the good Lebanese people will lose unless they find a way to take their country back themselves.

The armies rifles against hezbollas advanced rockets?????? The army needs modern weaponry or they will be toast within a week if hezbolla decides to go into a full war. Believe me there are people who want to defend against this but you also have to think about what will happen if they do. Remember lebanon is on the border of syria and syria will let loose on its borders and let all kinds of extremists into lebanon if the march 14th group or the government decides to fight back. Isreal should have went in full blast and took out all of the weapons, but then again hezbolla also has irans full support.
Commandos, this is one sad day for lebanon. Most lebanese want peace but they have no weapons to defend themselves with. The one who i really despise most is that traitor aoun who decided to side with hezbolla because he wants teh seat of the presidency for himself when he believes that hezbolla will take over. Aoun is the factor here and because of him, christians will also fight against christians. This civil war will make the last one look like nothing because of hesbollas weapons.

Yes ... i saw live how they were throwing Molotov bomb at the building and how the civilian that were in a upper stage were trying to throw water to stop the fire . Very sad that some civilians have to pay the price for stupid act .
