The same as politicians in U.S who want to get rid of Mexicans but they all know that they need them. Do you really think that Europeans just love Muslims and that is the reason they want them there? have you ever lived in Europe? Do you know what part they play in Europe economy? With an economy that is dependent on immigrant workers, and therefore you can't deport all of them; how are you going to separate friends from enemies? How are you going to separate them in the next generation? You people should grow up and instead of your usual BS about we are tough, think about social / economical issues at hand and start thinking about what works in the real world instead of your John Wayne movies.
What part of the US do you live in? I'm curious because my part sucks with ILLEGAL ALIENS. They gather two dozen to a corner, pissing in the bushes, panhandling, leaving trash, and committing petty crimes. The ILLEGAL (that's the part all the wussies want to leave out) Mexicans that cross the border and circumvent the system further lengthening the process for those LEGAL Mexicans should be herded up and shipped back to Mexico where they should serve time in civil service fixing up their crappy country. Period. There's the problem and solution in one paragraph. I need them to go home. I'll pay three times the price for that stupid head of lettuce, no problem.

Who do you think cut the grass in front of the casino that you visit in Las Vegas or clean your shit in Walmart? Everybody is making money in this system. Mexican have to work cheap to survive. Employers increase their profit by cheap labor and pay under minimum wage. Government collects tax on the extra profit, sales tax, social security on false numbers that are never claimed back and Medicare taxes. Did you really think that employers and government don't know about all those false social security numbers? Would it surprise you that just under the Bush administration time, government has collected over $50,000,000,000 dollars on those false social security numbers? The truth that no politician dare to speak about, is the fact that USA economy will not survive without illegal immigrants and will collapse.

It's been suggested 13 or so Americans are murdered by illegal aliens each day, and 12 are hit by illegal alien drunk drivers. Given the level of criminality in Mexico (due mostly to drug dealers), I think those numbers are fairly close. I'm wondering what his source is. Oh, and he's comparing the cost of illegal immigration (both fiscally and in life) in that article. I think we have more of a conflict with the criminals coming through the border than we do in Iraq, but that's just my perception. I don't view all mexicans under that light...but people tend to ignore that issue, because they don't see the deaths right in front of them (nor is there a fiscal budget relaying the problems).

I have a house in LA but it is not in East LA and I don't go to public hospitals because I have worked hard to have a good life and that is the reason I don't blame immigrants for all my problems in life.

i don't quite agree with what you are saying here, I'm sure every muslim will agree that there are terrorists present in the muslim community but what is not good is people just assuming that all muslims are the same. I agree something should be done about these groups forming and that this is mainly taught in mosques and religious schools. But how do we know which mosque it is and who it is? what will happen when they start holding thses hate meetings in their own homes? what will muslims do then? Please don't think that muslims don't think that anything should be done the question is WHAT? Many muslim parents send their kids to mosques to read the quran and it is their responsibility to find out what their child learns and how. Or you can do what my parents did and just teach the Quran to kids at home! The point is don't tar everyone with the same brush, just because we are not terrorists doesn't mean we don't think anything should be done.

I am really not sure about this but I think a lot of these Moslem agitators entered Europe using political asylum laws while they were escaping their countries so I think there must be list somewhere. A little investigation of these people is a good starting point. Also supporting and encouraging the moderate message from within Moslem community can help a lot. Also a push to modernizing Pakistani ,Saudi and other similar nation's school system and encouraging freedom of speech would go a long way by opening a legitimate forum for ordinary people to share their ideas the power of these people will decrease
i don't think there is really a posibility to gather too much support by propagating fear and hate among an educated group as we have here. i think it is time for the hate mongers to go back and have a talk with their priest. or better yet a diffrent priest if you have something constructive and useful to say regarding defeating terrorisim please post but do not try to bring us to the level of thinking of the terrorists
