Why Do People Click Bomb Other People's AdSense?

Man, I keep getting click bombed! I just woke up to 5 AdLogger alerts. It seems every other day someone click bombs my AdSense ads. I always report it to G, but do you think they'll just consider me a risk a give me the boot?

Are there any immature web masters that might consider you to be their enemy?

Jealousy, competition or even friends/family who know your URL and think they are helping...
There are loads of reasons, none of them good. Keep an eye on it, and report to G like you have been, and hopefully they will get bored.

    Because they can...
Seriously, because they are little bastards who can't stand others doing better then them. They could use the time annoying other hard-working webmasters better with writing good content their own. Would get them a lot more satisfaction in the long run.

Not that I know of. I never put my AdSense sites in my sig on webmaster sites because of this.

Sadly, I don't give my sites out to friends and family. I'd like to but they might click my ads thinking they're helping me out.

I hope so, geez. I know it's not users who are doing it but other webmasters. It seems to be automated or some kind of bot because it's so many click in a few seconds.

I do not know a lot about adsense, but could this be competitors of your advertisers comitting click-fraud? ie another widget company doing it to make rival advertisers have a decreased ROI.

why people doesnt realize that Google himself HAS to do something about it?

limit the clicks in javascript, don't pay more than 1 click per ad, etc etc.

It's never the same IP. They're too smart for that. Plus I don't like to ban IPs, I might inadvertently ban a whole network and lose all that traffic.

It is usually a case of 'to succeed others must fail', it is sad, but so true that that many webmasters will go to those lengths to ruin your business.

I'm having the same problem with you.
Adlogger's figures doesn't match with my adsense stats

Maybe the figures are not correct? I don't know, still monitoring.
