I found these 3 easily enough...

    http://www.affiliate2dot0.com/archives/2005/03/microsoft_kills.php
    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8879528/
    http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/safety/legislation/default.mspx

You know, I can see people saying 'hey I'm making money with them so they're good' but wheen you're dealing with a spammer, one of the top 3 spammers in the world according to one article, you're dealing with someone without moral values. You'll get paid as long as it suits their purpose but will they skim leads, cancel affiliates to keep commissions, allow in commission theft adware, reverse stats on good leads to pocket commissions? I'm not saying they do this, I have no proof... however when you're dealing with someone who'd still be the world's biggest spammer without intervention from Microsoft and the government, can you really trust them?

According to one of those articles, about when his spam was finally stopped "...Spamhaus has reported a massive drop in spam levels." As well as..."agreed to pay New York State $50,000 in penalties and investigative costs and to use proper identifying information when registering Internet domain names."

Supposably lies on his domain registry info to get away with sending Millions of spam.... It's not hard to surmise they probably allow fellow spammers in their network, I'm sure it's open season for all kinds of bad adware too. Allowing phished accounts? Is it really THAT hard to believe?

So yeah, you're getting paid (for now) but think about what you're really supporting here. Xbox, I've read more of your posts and even though I bashed you at first, you seem to know what you're talking about. I'm surprised you would lend your support to someone like this. I hope it's not just because you're making second tier money.

Surely I'm not alone with these thoughts?

I have been following this thread and founmd no reason to cast doubts or bad repute for CPAE.

When they ran Optinreallybig, they were able to successfully meet there advertisers responsibility. All advertisers were satisfied. Yes, they did spam, but what they promised, they delivered.

They are currently delivering on time at CPAE.

And they have stopped spamming and are no longer listed as spammers.

I do not support spamming! I get tons of them everyday, and like you want them to go away.

But until someone can provide a smoking gun, let us not hastily give CPAE a bad repute.

Thats hardly proof, its too small and it isnt even taken out of paypal. Besides that, it would be incredibly easy to forge that screenshot if you really had a grudge against them.

BOA posted this link (http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/1...board01cb2.png) as evidence that CPAE is involved in dirty trafficing. Looking at the screen shot you can easily see
    1. The screen shot was not taken out of Paypal
    2. It is too small to make an accurate judgement
    3. That the owner of CPAE would used his name as opposed to the business name is ridiculous
    4. Next, notice the title of the Item being bought. You would think that a guy who could evade MSN SPAM traps for years would be smarter than that!

Come on people, give me a smoking gun with some smoke.
