How much should I look at paying for camaign manager?

    A friend of mine has a small business and is thinking about hiring someone to manage his ppc advertising campaigns. What is the normal fee and what should he look at getting in return.

    All depends on the expectations. Your friend should put together a detailed rfp and bid the job out to a few different places to get an idea of the price range.

    A Small setup fee and 10-15% depending on his spend.

    I don't want to assume anything so when you say a small setup fee what are we talking about? Also are talking a percentage of the google adwords profits? I hope you understand why I need clarification as I am new to all this.

    I would make any account manager get paid a percentage of profits generated. Otherwise you're throwing your money away imho.
