What do you mean unregistered? How do unregistered domains acquire PR? Why so cheap? Am I missing something here? Please elaborate.

    Thanks,

I think what he means is the domain must have been once registered. At that time it had a PR. Then recently it expired but the PR will remain the same for some more days. By then if you can buy and develop it into a site, and add some valuable backlinks, you can maintain the PR.

Yes, they're verified. I've run PR checks on each one.

I don't have any health related ones at the moment, I'm sorry.

the owner said he sold out PR5+ domains.

I would like to know if the owner sold domains basing on the order who replied the thread?

Yup, the PR5's and PR6's were sold in order of offers.

I couldn't believe how fast the offers rolled in.. They were all sold to one person.

I still have PR4's for sale.

I understand that. I was just wondering why they were so cheap. A snatched up expired PR 6 domain is worth more than $7 I would think. Good grab for the guy who got here first and took all of them. Maybe should've auctioned them separately. I'm pretty sure we all would've paid more than $7 a piece.

Wait a sec, it just hit me. He's not selling the domains at all. I believe this was a list.

    11 PR 4, 1 PR1, 1 PR2 and 3 PR3 domains left.

Would prefer to sell them as a batch for about $53, but am open to individual offers.

    Thanks a lot guys
