LatestContent.com - How much is this name worth?

Any expert advice on how much is this domain going to fetch? It's just a domain name without any site. Thanks.

Google showing 466,000,000 results for keyword "latest content" and 18,700 results for "latestcontent". I wonder is this something that can affect it's worth?

 

I'll say $8.99 reg + $2 because it makes sense = $10.99

Both effect because bad keyword wont get u anything and neither will 1 visitor/day

 

It may both. But each time I think about a domain value (without any website), I remeber the Toyota story.
This guy registered toyota.com years ago, obviously before the toyota people.
How much does that worth? Billion?
The toyota people asked, negociated and once putting the offer down to $10K, the toyota people registered buyatoyota.com instead !!!
2 years later, they bought toyota.com for $25

Someone can need latestcontent.com for sure. But if the someone is me, and 20 bucks is too high, I'll go for mylatestcontent.com or ilatestcontent.com and so on...

But I know...I'm bad about it...

 

Hey Cody, I know what you meant. That's what I'm doing too, seeking for new ways to phrase a keyword or find an alternative. Just that currently I can't find a good idea to develop on this domain. So, thought of selling it.

BTW, where are the good places to post for selling?

I have LatestHost.com Got Mid $xxx offers for it.

But this one is LatestContent.com Very different markets.

 

How did you get Mid $XXX for it? Where does the appraisal come from?

 

It wasn't an appraisal. It was an offer from a Hosting company.

So I guess latestcontent.com should be good too.
Latesthost.com is good so if it is priced $1 more than reg, I'll go for MyLatestHost.com
