    Hello, I am looking to buy an established site with $500+ monthly revenue for atleast 6 months.

    The revenues should be from advertisement/sponsorhips/affiliate income or memberships .

    I am looking for a site with unique contents, not just ripoffs or copy of other sites.

    You must be able to prove the income
    Not looking for sites related to gambling, adult, etc.

    Should have a PR3+

    Ive got one, but it wont let me post live links. Site makes 550+ a month, no work needed to maintain, runs itself.

    anywhere from 500 to 9000.00 depending on site traffic and the site itsself

    I often wonder if anyone takes people looking for a GOOD site serious? I want a established site

    I am for real and do have cash,

    I was a powerseller on ebay and have FLAWLESS 100% A+++++++++++++++++++ FEEDBACK but either no-one has a great site or im not trusted here??? any ideas I REALLY am for real not a kid, and seriously looking for a GREAT SITE

    Hey renew... I think you're reading the situation wrong. These "looking to buy" threads might not generate the desired results for one simple reason: if they wanted to sell, they would have started a "looking to sell" thread themselves.

    I would suggest paying close attention to DP, SitePoint, and Sedo and be ready to pounce on the first site you like. Lots come up generating the revenue you want, but they also often go fast.

    Anyway, it has nothing to do with people not trusting you. Hope this helps. :)

I have looked for a good site but few out there, seems many on here are new and proxies or directories... well anyone has a excellent script sales site,hosting site,member based site that offers a excellent service I would love to hear from you!
