    I would say 500-1000 if someone approached you. the hyphen really hurts you imo but seo value could be there. Probably would only get 100$ or so if you tried to sell on the open market.

    Yes, I might make it into a Tattoo rating site.

    If I get a tattoo site going with the domain name www.Ink-Tattoos.com and I get Pagerank 5 with 2000 UV per day, how much do you think it would be worth then? (domain + website)

    This site could be pretty good if you put some time into building links and adding some good continuing traffic.

    Very good find in my eyes, could have been better without the hyphen but oh well.
