SkypeDaily is a site and forum set up so skype users can connect with other users with the same interests. Currently, there are no other forums that I know of that do the same thing, except for the official skype forum, and they only have one board on their site for this purpose.

This site has not really been advertised, and nothing has been done to monetize it, so the main selling points of this site are its awesome design and incredible potential.

There is an incredible number of registered skype users. I cant find that number at this time, but as I type this there are about 5 million skype users online. SkypeDaily is set up to provide a place for these users to connect and find users with the same general interests, get homework help, as well as find people to speak with to practice language skills.

I also planned to offer "skype parties" where the community would be meet and have organized discussions. These would be run via skypecasts, which allow the moderated discussion of about 100 skype users. More info on these can be found at the skype website. I have not put one of these on yet due to lack of promotion, but they can be set up very easily and would attract many new members.

Finally, the original designer of the site added a tutorials section of the site, where skype based tutorial sessions would take place. However, I planned on adding a blog instead, and taking out this section. I had a blog design made, however, my designer formatted his harddrive and the psd is lost, all I have of this design is a .jpg that he used to show me a preview. With a little work this site could become huge, however I do not have enough time to develop it further, and I am selling for that reason.

The forum has 50 members at the moment, most of which came from a single post on the officla skype forum. This shows that the users are very interested in this type of site. All that is needed to get them to stay and participate is a little initial promotion to stir up activity.

Revenue Details:

I have not attempted to monetize the site yet because I have not promoted it enough to achieve any worthwhile stats.

Potential revenue can come from link sales, banner sales, adsense, YPN, etc. All banners and links that are up at the moment are just there as place holders and can be removed immediately by the buyer.
Traffic Details:

At the time of the sites launch, I was quite busy with school, and even now that summer break has come, I have still not done any promoting of the site. Traffic is quite low at the moment, but when I first launched the site I made a post at the official skype forum, as well as put up a banner on a friend's site, and this generated a bit of traffic. The site has a very targeted niche and would generate a lot of repeat traffic, all that needs to be done is a little bit of initial promotion and the site's traffic will rise greatly.

The pageview stats in this listing is an average of the 2 months that this was up. However, a portion of the second month's stats come from a forum skin listing that I had here where I put the demo of the skin at skypedaily. The first month's traffic was not tainted this way however, and there were about 10,000 pageviews that month.

Isn't skype a registered trademark making this domain vulnerable to seizure by ICANN or whoever?

From what I have seen, eBay has allowed others to use skype in domains. There are several big sites that have been around for quite a while that do so, such as skypejournal.com (voip news blog). I don't think the buyer will have any problems, as this forum is basically helping promote skype.

I will sell it to you without the license for $210 unless I get a better offer by the end of the day.
