On the affiliate page of CJ, there is a 5 bar chart showing your network earnings. I am curious as to what actual earnings correspond to each bar 95th Percentile and above: 80-94th Percentile: $250 60-79th Percentile: $100 40-59th Percentile: $30 39th Percentile and Below: 0.01-$30 I have put in figures which I think correspond to bars 1 to 4. I have not reached the 5th bar yet but I presume that it is above $1,000 because I have made this before. If my observations are correct, then it is not very encouraging news for new affiliates who wish to promote CJ. Bearing in mind that probably the majority of affiliates do not make any sales in a given month, then the above figures are probably even much better than they seem. I wonder if any of you can put in your own estimates. I am interested in the cutoff for the 5th bar. Derek
5 bars is (or has been) over $2500 or so. I assume that the values are re-calculated periodically based on total network income though. With almost any type of aff. work the (vast?) majority of people are completely ineffective/non-active. My direct experience with this is limited but I would guess that < 1/3 are active at all. Of those I bet a decent number put in some small effort and give up with little result. I think it says more about people than it does about CJ.
Hi, These bars represents your performance in comparison to over all network persormance. if you get 5 bars, it means your earnings are better than the 95% of publishers in the network. Its nothing to do with any specific income figure but just a postioning of you in the terms of earning to over all network. Regards, Adnan Azam
Adnan, I realized this and know that it may vary month to month. I just want a rough idea of what value these bars may be.
