How to Create Professional Blog??

Hello every one
i need to create professional blosg like these professional blogs:

http://www.earnersblog.com
http://labnol.blogspot.com

so what do you recommend?
to host a blogger in my web site?...or to add wordpress,...or which software is the best to have blog like problogger and earnerblog?

I know Problogger uses wordpress. I think Wordpress and your own domain is the way to go.

there may be three options if you are concerned about theme:
1. go throught the whole db at the above given url may be time and again you have to go through the whole series
2. pay some one to create a theme of your choice according to your requirements
3. develop a theme at your own!

Hire a theme designer or buy some good themes at WPboard.com
