Hello Dear Friends ! Im a newbie user of Adsense program and I would like to ask you something , when i receive the cheque , should I have a Bank Account to withdraw the cash or i can withdraw just by showing my passport and no account needed ? Thanks Olgi
I am not to sure, but i think u surely need a bank account - i submit my cheques to my Bank with my PAN numbers as instructed by my bank...
From what I understand you should definetly have a bank account, as I don't believe most banks will let you cash a cheque without one to back it up.
Not as long as you get the cheque in your Dads name You can add those details in your adsense account
You can't use your Dad's account if the check is in your name. I think it is good enough for you to start a bank account because you're going to get checks month after months...(lol)
Thanks for all your replies ! One more question please (sorry for asking too many questions) I have a debit card in my Bank , so can i use that account to withdraw!? (My debit card account is a sub-account of my dad's main account) Olgi
Once the cheque is credited, you can use any LEGAL mean to withdraw it... Debit Cards wont be a problem
You can use a joint account like for e.g You have a joint account with your dad or anyone else..the cheque can be credited. But its better you get a bank account going forward..the bank a/c doesnt take much time to open maybe a couple of days and with some basic opening amount will do
This means you already have a joint account with your dad..So just credit the cheque in that account..it will get credited and then you can withdraw
Im 18 Years old , should i be 21 to participate in Google Adsense program ? I have opened my Debit Card since i was 15 and i rarely use it ! Olgi
You need to have a Bank Account to cash out the cheque . Also , the bank account name and the name on the cheque should match
I thought the same Canadianbacon, the way the questions were coming Olgi, better have your own account and deposit the checks. The google earnings may affect your dad's taxation records. As he may not be showing it in tax annual returns, but he will have the money deposited in his account (whether joint or single). I just thought that it's better to have individual account when it comes down to earnings
