PR3 Link Directory, Great name, HUGE Potential !

Some of you may have seen this sale I just had with a PR5 directory and you see how fast it sold.

I'm now selling a newer directory that know has a PR3.

Since this is a new site, the stats aren't as high yet, but it gets 10-20 unique visitors a day.

so far this month in adsense it's made a $1.09
I've made $26 from links on it.

I've submitted this site to 250 directories with the same service that I used on link2share.com ( my last sale )
I think the site submitthehelper.com is the site, I can find it if needed.

Plus I've submitted it myself to a set up 350 directories and a number of ones listed in the forum here.
The PR is bound to go up to at least 4 even if the buyer doesn't promote it, since some of the higher directories will take time to approve.

there are zero links sold in the footer, so thats an easy 100$ that someone could make if they wanted to sell 10 links for only $10 ( could get more maybe )

I usually will go to all my directories once every week or 2 and validate sites.
I've been pretty selective on this one, I didn't want a lot of spam sites added.
I'm sure there are some links waiting approval right now
