    Hi there,

I want to know the answer of this question, I want to change my current hosting.. for about 10 or 20 sites. And I want to try several other hosting companies, I even got a friend with a hosting server, and I would like to take a shot and thy his too.

Will changing my sites from one hosting to another may affect my ratings?
What do you think about the maximum number of different hosting that I should try?

In my personal opinion, changing the hosting has nothing to do with ratings, But I'm very happy to ask you?

    Thank tou very much.
    Dan

Your hosting should not affect your ranking as long as your domain stays the same.

As stated above ... as long as your domain and site structure and content stay the same, you should be perfectly fine.

Does Google blacklist any host if maybe a particular "trouble maker" domain is hosted there? If only heard rumour that this can happen.

Again, as long as the domain doesn't change and the links point to your domain you can switch servers all you want :)

As long as there's not significant downtime then nothing will be affected. If you change hosts and the sites are down while google crawls, it might hurt you until the next time they come around.

The sites won't be down not even for a sec.
they will be changed instantly. Swiching the host won't get them down.

What do you mean, with the next crawl?

If a site is down when the spider comes in what will happen??

nothing will happen...it only hurts if your site is unavailable for an extended period. A few minutes or a few hours are not going to hurt
