Whats the best blog script???

    I need to create a blog, never had one before and i'm searching for free scripts and found couple but what is the best one to use?

    i use wordpress for all my sites, its easy to skin, and has loads of free add-ons (and themes if you need them)

    What sort of freeaddons. Ive not even touched any addons.

    I dont mean to hijack the thread but its pretty obvious WP is the best anyway.

    :D Good one.
    Really, there simply cannot be any alternative to wordpress, not even the paid ones I guess, you will never receive the same support and plugins with another script!

    Wordpress is amazing...but, if you are a beginner, i would go with blogger.com and once you get used to it then switch to wordpress. Plugins are good and everything, but unless you know php programming and javascript it might be a little tough. The simplicity of blogger is good for beginners. Wordpress is better...but blogger is still a good candidate.

    I actually used WP for my first blog. Although I admit I had a little help from a friend if I had a question, but to be perfectly honest, I found it to be extremely simple to understand. I installed widgets no problem as well. I even installed multiple skins to it.

    So even for beginners, WP is the best choice. And if you have any questions about it as you set it up, feel free to shoot me a pm.

    Wordpress, and someone who is using Blogger is talking.

    In the future, I will certainly buy a domain and hosting and use Wordpress.
