Just go out one night, just you and her Something where there is an opportunity for physical contact which is *not* sexual Read how much she touches you, and how she responds to your contact. You will be able to tell from this how much contact she is comfortable with (and build up all the way to sex). Once you have had sex, you will be able to take it from there (sex does not equal love, nor a willingness to have a further relationship with you, but it'll get you alot closer to it then not having sex)
Dude It's time for you to move on. I believe she's not the only human in existence! leave the past behind and start a new one
that's cruel. but it kinda reminds me of myself. the only difference is that i am not sure if i just like her alot or if i love her. i can't tell. and there's no third guy involved (at least not that i know of).
Its just attraction You don't fall in love with someone when you are with them, you fall in love with them after when you are by yourself thinking about them, going over everything you like them, fantasizing about all the things you could do together, then eventually thinking about honeymoons and kids. You make yourself fall in love
I agree with this very much. Once married the friendship will slowly die down because she will be spending more and more time with her husband because ... well ... its her husband. Talk to her, tell her how you feel. Don't hint it, tell it like it is. There is some risk in alienating her as a friend but I am confident that for years (decades?) to come you will regret not saying anything when you had the opportunity more than regretting losing her as a friend. Old saying is "three things never return ... the spoken word ... the sped arrow ... and neglegted opportunity".
You can do what everyone's telling you to do and talk to her about your feelings... but think of it this way. If your friend is in love with someone else, hearing that you have these deep feelings for her could really mess up your friendship. She might feel awkward being around you (especially if she doesn't feel the same way towards you,) and you could potentially lose a great friend. Sometimes, you just have to let it go. But all the advice in the world won't help you. You have to do what you feel is right.
Doesn't hurt to ask her out on a date. Don't say "I am madly in love with you", just ask to go out. Unless she is dating your best friend, in which case you should just let it go.
You should basically express your feelings instead of keeping in your chest and watching the love of your life spending the rest of her life with someone esle. Since you said you are her best friend when you tell her you love her, she will really think twice before marrying someone else, seeing that you two are so close to each other. Hope that helps. Westoff.
hey dnt fall in love try to keep you busy in other things. so it will help to you to forget that person.its just attraction nothing else. i think you will get hurt when that person will refuse you, as that person already loves someone.so there are less chances for you.
Just tell her what you feel. If she doesn't have any feelings for her, you can't do anything about it. Nobody is irreplaceable in this world...move on.
